The breakfast had a great selection of goodies. the staff was pretty friendly. - the rooms were exceptionally clean and brand-new, with a pull-out sofa and bath towels. - the location was great and comfy, adjacent to Elkhart.

Bed was great. Very roomy and comfortable.

No refrigerator or microwave were available. I had to raid the ice machine for items that needed refrigeration. Breakfast needs some work also. There is no variety compared to the Hilton chains.

Its location was marvellous and comfy, in the middle of jackson, and in a beautiful area. Also, there was New Vision of Life Church, set within 15 minutes drive.

Convenient Location: This place is super close to everything in town, making it easy to get around 📍. The rooms were great, equipped with two cozy beds. The staff were all friendly and really knew what they were doing. our experience was spot on - we'd definitely stay here again!

Great location right in the heart of Jackson, with easy access to Elkhart nearby. 🌟 the convenience and comfort of the surroundings make it all the better.

Considering that it was a ND football weekend, the hotel was very quiet.

Maid service did not clean our room after the first night.

Could hear noise from adjoining rooms and from upstairs. I think there was a kids birthday party going on.

The rooms here have been recently renovated, so everything looks fresh and clean. Great spot right in the middle of town, making it super easy to check out all the cool stuff nearby. It's also just a short stroll away from the downtown area 👍.

Had no hot water the first night. Even though they gave us a discount on our room, we all had to take cold showers.We only booked for one night and it would have been nice to take a hot shower.
